Meet the Fender Family — local cattle ranchers who have been caring for the land in the mountains of San Diego County since 1921. In 2014, Bryce and Alli were married on the ranch and gifted ten bred heifers from Alli’s father. That gift became the start of Flying F Ranch. Today, alongside their two young sons, Bryce and Alli continue the tradition of raising high-quality Angus cattle in Southern California.

At this exclusive dinner event, you’ll hear their story, learn about the ranching process, and connect with the ranching community while enjoying a specially curated menu featuring our Certified Angus Beef® Grass-Fed selection, created in partnership with Niman Ranch. Raised exclusively on pasture and nourished with high-quality grasses and forage, this 100% grass-fed and grass-finished beef offers exceptional flavor and tenderness. Naturally rich in Omega-3s, antioxidants, and vitamins B and C, it delivers both taste and health benefits. Sustainably and humanely raised through rotational grazing practices, these Angus cattle are born, raised, and harvested in the U.S. by dedicated family ranchers like the Fenders.
