Come celebrate Porktoberfest at Five Crowns with Chef Christopher’s pork-centered menu, paired with German brewery Paulaner beers. Each course is paired with a beer from the Paulaner brewery. The event will take place September 24th, from 6pm – 9pm, on our patio. This is a ticketed event, which must be purchased before the event. Guests must be at least 21 years old to attend. We are unable to offer substitutions on this menu.

  • Obatzda Cheese/Charcuterie: Paprika Camembert, Pretzel, Grilled Bratwurst, Black Forest Ham, Seeded Mustard, Pickle
  • Pairing: Paulaner Lager
  • Kartoffelsalat: Crisp Chicory, Mixed Greens, Warmed Yukon potato w/ tangy bacon & mustard vinegar dressing
  • Pairing: Paulaner Grapefruit Radler
  • Schweinshaxe: Pork Shank Roasted till crispy, Rotkohl braised red cabbage, buttered smashed potatoes, brown gravy
  • Pairing: Paulaner Oktoberfest
  • Jagerschnitzel: Crispy breaded pork cutlet, wild mushroom red wine gravy, Kasespatzle – German style egg noodle w/ Emmental Cheese, Brussel Sprouts
  • Pairing: Paulaner Hefeweizen
  • Apfel Strudel: Apples, Walnuts, Golden Raisings, Cinnamon, Puff Pastry, Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
