Three 4-oz Nova Scotia lobster tails steamed and seasoned with drawn butter. Served with mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables.

12 oz grilled ribeye seasoned to perfection, topped with crispy tobacco onions and served with a goat cheese-potato gratin and braised red chard
Grilled Filet Mignon
8 oz of beef tenderloin served with a Maytag bleu cheese bread pudding, baby spinach, caramelized pearl onions and a rich red wine reduction

1/2 Shelton’s Free Range chicken served with fingerling potatoes, roasted cauliflower, Brussels sprouts and a lemon-thyme jus
Toad in the Hole
Yorkshire pudding filled with filet mignon, pearl onions and a medley of mushrooms in a rich Burgundy wine sauce
