The Tam O’Shanter, A Legendary Steakhouse in Los Angeles

Delighting diners for over 100 years, the Tam O’Shanter is Los Angeles’ oldest restaurant operated by the same family in the same location.

RESERVATIONS REQUIRED

  • We came in December and got prime rib, cocktails, and dessert. Classic fine dining. Prime rib was excellent, bread pudding was warm and saucey, and all the drinks were superb. We even had carolers come to our table! Lovely evening all around. Pricey, but a Hollywood classic spot.

  • We had a fabulous time. The Walt Disney history is so cool. We were told he used to come here almost every day. His studio was just down the way at one point. It is totally charming and definitely worth the visit. You’ll want to come back!

  • An amazing evening. We booked the table 31 experience. It was fabulous. Alonso was a joy. Such a fantastic and entusiastic server. The food was delicious and very authentic. The setting was great and the special gifts were an added bonus. A must do for any real Walt Disney fan.
